Kristina V. Lagula

Kristina V. Lagula is the Managing Partner of the Firm. She has been in the active legal practice for over 15 years, and has developed extensive expertise in the different fields of the law.

She heads the Firm’s estate planning and estate settlement practice, assisting property owners and heirs in executing agreements, obtaining all the required clearances from the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other government agencies, addressing both public & private regulatory matters, and managing property division and distribution.

She is also engaged in the Firm’s corporate practice, serving on the board of several companies and providing legal guidance in company operations and human resource management. She acts as retained counsel and corporate secretary to several companies engaged in different lines of business such as business process outsourcing, security, construction and property management, to ensure the companies act in accordance with good housekeeping practices. As counsel, she
negotiates contracts for clients, the nature of which range from simple commercial transactions to complex.

While managing the Firm, Atty. Lagula served as consultant for the Department of Transportation, where she reviewed cases for the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, and participated in crisis management which inherently came with government work.

Prior to establishing the Firm, she worked as an associate in a multi-awarded private law firm where she gained experience in all fields of the law practice, including corporate, tax, labor and litigation. Thereafter, she worked for another law office involved in legislative and government relations practice and likewise gained experience from there.

Atty. Lagula became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2009. She finished her undergraduatestudies at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman. Afterwards, she was admitted to the UPCollege of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree.
